But sometimes things can go in the inappropriate way. That’s why we assure you free return of defective products. Please check all the bags when you receive them. We honor a 10-day return on all items after receipt if there is quality problem. You can exchange new items or get the money of the bags back. Shipping fee back to us will be on our side. Before exchanging or refunding we will check whether the bags returned are in original condition. We have the right to refuse refunds on items that not in original shipped condition.
Before you decide to send faulty bags (if any) back to us please check with us first. Sometime there is just minor problem and we can send you components or offer suggestions to amend the problem, which will save both sides much trouble.
